This setup allows users to share meeting information for collaborative work and easily control various room equipment, such as lighting, curtains, or air conditioning, via a specially designed application. The control is user-friendly, with just a touch, using high-quality wireless connectivity devices from leading manufacturers nationwide. It supports both online and onsite hybrid interactive collaboration, maximizing meeting efficiency in the NEW NORMAL era. This system enables two-way communication, allowing both presenters and attendees to exchange information effectively, enhancing meeting productivity.

Smart Meeting Room Solution includes:

1. Room Scheduler: A touch-screen device that checks meeting schedules, connects with Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar, and displays ongoing meeting appointments, indicating room availability.
2.  Wireless Collaboration & Presentation: A device for wireless screen sharing from devices such as PCs, laptops, and tablets to the main meeting room screen. It supports Windows and Mac OS systems, as well as IOS and Android mobile devices. Equipped with a USB Sender, users can simply connect to their device and press a button to share their screen instantly.
3.  Interactive Smart Board: A touch-screen smart whiteboard that facilitates remote meetings, opens files, or projects presentations wirelessly from other devices. It allows screen sharing and collaborative file editing, operated easily by touch or a smart pen, supporting both Windows and Mac OS. It is an essential tool for smooth teamwork across different locations and enhances the organization’s image.
4. Audio System: Comprising microphones, speakers, mixers, and digital audio processors from our partner’s leading brands, catering to all types of meetings.
5. Camera: A set of cameras with various features to suit different needs:
